2. Products and Orders

• All custom orders (nameplates, mirrors, glass) are made-to-order and non-refundable once production starts
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST where applicable
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
• Delivery estimates are approximate; delays due to shipping are not grounds for cancellation

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — logos, product images, text — is owned by Amar Glass Studio. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Amar Glass Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website beyond the value of the order placed.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai/Thane.
